As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that Custom Handmade Press On Nails are not eligible for refunds. Before dispatching your custom order, our team will confirm all details with you to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Refund Process:
Initiating a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at aftersale@lindraw.com or through www.lindraw.com contact form. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return in your message.
Verification and Approval:
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the information provided and verify the eligibility of your return. If your request meets our return criteria, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
Return Shipment:
You will be responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

are odd though
I have worn them for three weeks while maybe reapplying 2 or 3. They adhere with no issue but i make sure to buff my own nail first. Don’t buff too much like i did and almost buffed away own nail. These are my most favorite nails and brand!! Looks like i went to the nail salon. Ive shared with all my friends!
The color stays like new the entire time you wear them barring your doing something to them that damages them. Whenever I think of it I go over each nail and put pressure on it for a few seconds, since pressure is the way the adhesion is activated.
The only negative I can think of is the adhesive pushes out under the nail once you apply pressure to make them adhere properly. Leave it alone and let the nails set/cure. In a few days you can go in and clean that residue a little with a pointed object if it's bothering you. Just remember you might loosen the nail if you do this.
